What services do we offer?
We offer residential and commercial sealing, striping, crack filling, patching, and replacements.
How does the process work?
You may either call, fill out a form, or send our company an email to inquire about an estimate. We send the estimate back to you, and wait for your approval. Once the quote is approved, we will add you to the list for scheduling and reach out with a date to confirm.
Do we offer free estimates?
How is the sealer applied?
Residential: Our sealant is applied by hand with brooms, and is never sprayed on our residential driveways!
Commercial: We offer both hand with brush application as well as spraying options for our commercial lots.
When can you schedule my residential driveway?
Our company selects dates within the week that we actually plan to perform the service. Reason being, living in Western NY, rain and weather can be unpredictable. To avoid excessive rescheduling during wet weather, we select the dates within the week that we plan to perform the service so that we can pick the most accurate dates around the weather.
What do I need to do to get my driveway ready for sealing?
We do ask, however, that if there are any caked up dirt spots, weeds and grass growing through cracks, or chalk drawings, be taken care of prior to sealing. Reason being, those require water and treatments in order to be removed, and we cannot put water on a driveway the same day that we are sealing it.
Do I need to be there when you seal my driveway?
Do we prep your driveway before sealing it?
What if it rains on the day I am scheduled?
What are my payment options?
How long after sealing do I have to wait to use my driveway?
We ask you wait 24 hours before walking on your driveway, and 48-72 hours before driving on your driveway.
What sealer product do we offer?
That being said, our company has switched over to asphalt emulsion as our new sealer product. This product is still the top tear sealant we have always promised, just a different product.
When does our season start? And when does it end?
Sealing: We can start sealing as soon as the weather is consistently above 65 degrees. If it is too cold when we seal, the sealer will not set correctly and can cause a mess. We end sealing typically at the end of September, but can sometimes seal into October if the warmth holds out.
Paving: We can start paving as soon as the plows stop plowing for the winter, as soon as the snow stops for the year. We end paving in mid November when plows start to amp up for the winter months.
How often should I have my asphalt sealed?
Residential: Depending on the average wear and tear on your driveway, you may or may not need annual sealing. In most cases, we recommend our residential clients have their driveway sealed every other year. If you have lots of driveway traffic, and get plowed in the winter months, this might result in needing sealing every year.
Commercial: For our commercial lots, we recommend getting two coats of sealer to ensure longevity. This can allow your lot to seal every other year. With one coat of sealant, we recommend sealing annually.
